  We know and practice safety procedures at all times. We watch out for the safety of our teammates as well, for we’re all part of the GBI family. We never take shortcuts that compromise our safety or that of our teammates. Everyone goes home safely at the end of each shift.

• Deliver Legendary Service

  We do what we say we are going to do when we say we’re going to do it. This includes being aware of our schedule and on time for all phone calls, appointments, meetings, and promises. If a commitment can’t be fulfilled we notify others early and agree on a new deliverable to be honored. We produce what we promise.

  We create clarity and avoid misunderstandings by discussing expectations upfront. We set expectations for others and ask if we're not clear of what they expect of us. We end all meetings with clarity about action items responsibilities and due dates.
