At Ghilotti Bros., Inc. (GBI), we believe the best way to learn construction is by doing it. Our Summer Internship Program gives college students the chance to gain hands-on experience, build real-world skills, and work alongside industry professionals who are shaping the communities we live in.

Each path is designed to provide valuable exposure to a key part of the construction industry:
What to Expect as a GBI Summer Intern
You’ll gain exposure from both the office and field perspectives while:
- Reviewing plans, spec books and processing timecards
- Attending project owner and team meetings
- Processing RFIs (Requests for Information)
- Verifying field quantities and material submittals
- Supporting pre-job qualification activities
- Participating in site tours, leadership Q&As, and team-building events
